MailStreet customers recently transitioned to the Apptix Exchange 2010 platform will now access the Administrator Control Panel, Outlook Web App, and support documentation via Apptix.com as shown in the screen shot below.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL

Customer Administrators can now submit tickets to Customer Support via the new Customer Portal using the following steps:

  1. Simply access the Administrator Control Panel, select “Help & Support”, then Administrator Support
  2. The new Customer Portal will open in a new window
  3. Select the tab marked “Your Account” then click on “Submit a Ticket”
